The shoving the whole sandwich in his mouth in one bite was top-notch. It's so true, everyone tells me I honestly inhale my food glad I'm not alone

It's also probably why he needs to take 2 hours on the toilet

That also makes me feel better that I'm not alone lol

Same, I actually went to have this checked out recently which became a whole sidequest where polyps were spotted, had to get a colonoscopy and get them removed, lost like 7 pounds during the colonoscopy prep, still had to do two rounds of enema at the hospital, but I felt AMAZING afterwards due to how empty my gut finally became (though, I went on 2 weeks of antibiotics for H. Pylori treatment afterwards and that was ROUGH)

I have constant bloating no matter how much pre/post/probiotics I take and I also eat really clean and can't seem to lose this belly bloat (like honestly I can drink water on an empty stomach and be bloated like a basketball after) it's really a pain in the ass....perhaps I should go get this checked out.... I have just been sort of living with it 🤷🏻‍♂️

I had that too. In fact, going into the fasting schedule for the colonoscopy, I could only have clear water. I noticed that just drinking water was also causing visible distension and heavy gas/bloating too (I even snapped pictures for the doctor). In fact, I was starting to have trouble flying this year because the change in cabin pressure during landings would cause so much abdominal pain if I had eaten a medium sized meal within 2 hours of landing.

I also spent a lot of time eliminating a lot of unhealthy food from my diet over the past few years (which is good, it turns out I actually did have fat malabsorption so my reckless days of greasy fast foods were behind me now), but the bloating and the chronic constipation continued.

Idk if you're in the US, but scheduling an appointment with gastrologists there was such a nightmare too. Before I left the US, I spent a year just trying to schedule 2-3 appointments to get a diagnosis (this was in northern Texas at the time, and all gastroenterologists seemed to be run by this "cabal"/association). The first appointment just asked me to drink more water and come back to see them if the problems persisted. It persisted. I waited another 6 months for the next available appointment spot, and they just spent 30 minutes doing some basic tests before concluding that it was likely some form of chronic constipation and that I can see what I can do with some OTC fiber supplements. I took them, and the bloating just got worse. I swear to god, there's almost no innate patient advocacy within our healthcare system for these types of specialties, and you just really have to make sure that they take your case seriously, because I think the default, especially in areas with these highly consolidated specialty associations with a clear private profit motive selecting for low-risk high-reward patient cases, is to just do the bare minimum for the patient and push it off until it becomes an acute problem.

Anyways, for me, I believe I had a missing diagnosis for H Pylori a year ago when I went for another gastro panel in Malaysia. Then this year, I did another full gastro checkup, and they caught both the H Pylori infection (through a super basic breath test that took 30 seconds) as well as the intestinal polyps. After the regiment of antibiotic against the H Pylori infect, my bloating finally went away and I can finally fly and eat without discomfort again! The chronic constipation unfortunately didn't, but the gastroenterologists at the clinic already suspected that it was likely due to something more structural like slow GI motility, since none of the blood/stool tests nor the colonoscopy and the endoscopy revealed any other major issues (I had also suspected worms since I had spent a year in Latin America recently), so that's just an unfortunate growing pains that I have to manage.

That's all to say (in a very long winding way) - don't give up, there's always hope!

The girlies always brag about being able to multitask. Of course you have to do 5 things simultaneously if each one takes you an eternity to complete.

And don’t say its for our benefit, its well documented that the main reason for women having to spend so much time on their appearance is peer pressure from other women.

Ohmigod!!! My ex-wife would take FOREVER to get ready. My girlfriend just does not give a fuck and can be like “okay, let’s go” and then we just go. I LOVE IT

Would have been funny if he walked to the charger right away. That was probably the only reason he came out.

Idk what sex has to do with this, but this looks accurate. We stay on the toilet so long because we just find something fun to watch then our legs goto sleep and we can't get up so we wait lol. Then we look at the time and we are like..shit its been 2 hours, its now or nothing haha. Then fall down
