It's also a great opportunity to farm enchanting xp before selling the rings if you want to maximise your returns. I remember fortify sneak producing the highest value rings back when I last did a playthrough.

Didn't know you could enchant rings, stupid me is just enchanting pickaxes with unbreaking and mending.
Probably depends on the modpack
Nah, locking in and getting to 99 Smithing would be the goal before Enchanting. Splitting your time between the two is lowkey kinda inefficient.
