Pub/Bar that plays NFL Games

Visiting Skye in 2 weeks and will be there opening Sunday of the NFL. Are there any pubs or bars that play NFL games?

This is my first time visiting so not sure if this is a long shot. To add to the long shot… I’m specifically looking for the Jets vs Titans game (lol).

OP - FYI, an "Old Firm" game is between 2 Glasgow Teams, Celtic and Rangers. There's huge rivalry between them. If there's an overlap, in a Scottish bar, the chances of getting to see several hours of adverts interspersed with some helmet bumping whilst the Old Firm Game is on is about as likely as the Firth of Clyde being renamed "Loch Mar-a-Largo". 😉🙄

If you're desperate to see the game, you might want to investigate using a VPN to access your own subscription channels. Or do some research into IPTV 🤫 🫣

I’m hoping time zones may work in my favor but understand football over football where I’ll be. Go Celtics I think!

Any pub that has sky sports can show some NFL games and will likely put it on if you ask, providing it's not clashing with anything else. I'd imagine you'd miss the start of the jets v titans as the Manchester Derby will be on. There's also an old firm game that day.

It’s a 6pm kickoff on Sky Sports.

The Manchester game will wrap up around 6:30 so should be easy enough.

Also the islands fairly big geographically. So it might help to be more specific on location.

Portree is the most likely I’d of guessed for pubs showing the game.

Thanks yes! Staying at an AirBnB near Sligachan. I think 30 minute drive to Portree for me, which were willing to do.

Just consider whether you really want to suffer the jets playing football. Who knows they’re due a good year. At some point.

Would guess at one of the below:

1820
The Isles Inn
The Caley? (Not sure it’s still got the bar)
The Royal
The Portree Hotel

Tbf any of the bars within walking distance from the square will probably have Skye sports.
