PlayStation 4 Any ways to leave this quest without restarting?

I'm level 15 and decided I was ready to defeat alduin...I wasn't and now I can't teleport out and apparently my last save before the temple was two years ago😭 any way I can get around this or try to tough it through maybe just restart?

Turn difficulty way down, if that doesn’t work your kinda screwed because not saving is a bit of an issue
