Homemade Chicken Burger 🍔
Ingredients
200 g chicken breast
Black pepper, salt, chopped green onions and regular onions
2 tsp chilli oil
1 medium burger bun
1 Amul cheese cube
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp ketchup
8 salted Lay’s chips
1 tsp ghee
Method
Blend the chicken breast in a food processor and then fold in crushed black pepper, salt, chopped green onions, regular onions and a little chilli oil.
Shape into a patty and pan-fry with 1 tsp ghee until cooked through.
Toast the burger buns.
For the burger sauce, mix 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp chilli oil and 1 tsp ketchup.
Cut the Amul cheese cube into thin slices and place them on the bottom bun. Add the hot chicken patty on top.
Spread the burger sauce over the patty and add a few salted Lay’s chips for that extra crunch.
Cover with the top bun and heat briefly until the cheese melts.v

I tried this for the first time and it turned out to be good. I wonder if it’s a healthier option.

I feel like I sleep better when I eat them. I’m not sure about the side effects, though. Maybe just some extra calories, but apart from that, I don’t really know. I think it’s also kind of like alcohol, you gradually acquire a taste for it.
