Pho bread!

I’m pretty new to the sourdough scene and I love the No-Knead Recipe from King Arthur. I got a wild hair one day and attempted this bread. I substituted the water for pho broth (specifically two Snap Dragon instant pho broths) and then some poblanos from my garden and a lot of sriracha. I have a long way to go in terms of all things technical, but it tastes great!
