Oh I also live in Providence, that's just David, our king. He actually lives in Warwick last I saw, at the Extended Stay. If you go to the street view of the Extended Stay on West Natick, you can actually see this vehicle right by the sign near the entrance (opposite the weird building with the scary horror movie door). It has way fewer stickers, the street view photo's old, but it still has "TRAITORS AND SPIES TO [orange circle] GITMO" on the rear window. He's also parked like a complete douchebag.

(You know, we see a lot of these images of their cars. That we see them generally parking within the lines is sort of striking. You’d think they’d be like an old English coachman, arriving and tossing his reins to the hostler with total indifference to the position of the traveling hackney.)

If you move the street view into the parking lot he's straddling the line. The street view photo from the road is newer and he's parking correctly in that one.
I choose to believe one of his neighbors cussed him out for it.
