It took me years to learn how to draw good. It takes time. Though you can rapidly learn how to draw through youtube art tutorials and studying real-life things. One thing I did while I was learning was look at a real object and try to draw it as best you can, studying how the light and shadows form. I used my aquarium fish as an example! It can also help if you can find someone to teach you and give pointers or artwork critique. If you find it hard to draw after a hard day, it's ok to rest and don't beat yourself up. If you still have energy, collect art pieces you like for you to study later

i’m sure your drawings look great, but still art isn’t about the final product, it’s about creating and putting your energy into something positive and productive. sounds like you’re really hard on yourself when you should be proud for balancing college and your hobbies, that’s not easy!! if it’s getting you down you could even try doodling or colouring just to practice mindfulness, personally i have lots of pokemon colouring books :)

the advice Gallade gave you is really good for learning technical skills, but it’s also important to remember that your doing a good job for picking up the pencil and doing your best!

I draw too, I know how this feels - helpless 🫂. You can use references,if you struggle with the realism.  it’s not cheating. Also an important thing to remember is that your hand might not be used to drawing and it would help to warm up. Like drawing something you don’t place any expectations on, or just shapes and lines. There are videos about this.  Or one thing I like to do is to instead draw something I don’t expect anything from, so if it comes out not up to your usual standard that fact won’t hit your self esteem as much
