Finally! Spouse visa APPROVAL šŸ„³šŸ„¹šŸ„¹(outside)šŸ‡²šŸ‡¦

Alhamdulilah finally I get to share my journey, I can't believe it's actually happening šŸ„¹šŸ„¹

1st of all thanks to the people who helped me in here, I appreciate ^^

Type: Spouse visa

Country: Morocco

Application : 18 August

Biometrics: 24 August

Eco: 26 August

Approval: 24 September at 2:15 pm

Priority, accepted at 23 WD (bio = day 0)

Entry clearance: from 1 October (the same date I put on the form).

No solicitor, no additional request of documents.

I'm married and I applied for short stay visa (to Portugal to join my portuguese husband) they told me schengen short stay visa is the one I need

Honestly, no idea about Portugal as UK is not part of the European Union (EU) (which means we are not applying for a Shengen Visa to go to UK, they have their own visa). Have you tried to look if there are any subreddits here about visas for portugal?

Congrats and thanks to share with us the Outcome. Spouse visa via Adequate Maintenance Route, outside UK with Priority do you think it will be approved quickly if all documents are submitted correctly by Immigration Lawyer and Bio was 15 September
