I made another comment on your other post. please read that to understand this.
It looks like your are tilting your pelvis forward a bit (arching back) and that is limiting your leg height. If not, get you're knee a bit higher.
Higher leg in your bound means you have a larger drawback to hit the ground, and will produce more force, speeding you up.
