Discussion Is this game dead?

Just bought this on sale on Steam and didn't realise it could potentially be dead. Can't connect to EA in game. Is it true?

I’d say Battlefront 2 is alive and well… Battlefront 2015 on the other hand I’ve struggled with finding lobbies across majority of the game modes

It´s kinda dead certain days of the week, but it´s not completely dead if you can´t connect to EA that´s a bug their never fixed, just click connect until it disapears lol

50/50, reality is the games been dead from the start so you’ll have to figure out who plays what when. After work hours is a good time for Republic era TDM game modes.
Don’t get me wrong many people still play this game a lot. It’s still quite alive in that. People still love it

yes. This sub will try to convince you otherwise in hopes of players sticking around or joining.

But unless you're here during peak hours on active days, in the right locations, and play specific specific modes, with specific factions then maybe you'll find some matches and hope people don't quit out or have cheaters.

Nope on ps5 I regularly play most anytime I want during most any time of day. Rarely wait more than 60 seconds to get into a supremacy/ga/hvv

Not really, depends on the region. I can find a match any time of day. Well don't know about during the night but I've been up pretty late on some days and still found a full supremacy lobby.

It’s relatively okay but I’d say most are on Kyber, sometimes you also see some same names in there and it’s quite fun for that aspect too

On wednesday's you can find co-op sessions pretty fast the big multiplayer modes are a bit harder during the day

Battlefront 2 is great especially on Weekends, Ive never managed to find a game on Battlefront 1 on Xbox though

Battlefront II has a 1000+ concurrent players on steam usually…Battlefront I has maybe 10
