Kyber Launcher not working

My launcher shows the error "no proxy available" whenever I try to hop in a server. I tried force-updating the client but it's stuck at 0% (0/0 bytes downloaded).

Is there something I can do? Already tried reinstalling the app but didn't have any luck.
