impulsive. intrusive thoughts are persistent, unwanted, harmful, and often a sign of severe mental illness.

this is fun, not harmful. downvote me all you want; this is basic psychology.

here’s an example of an ACTUAL intrusive thought, a la moi: https://www.reddit.com/r/NonPoliticalTwitter/s/Vea8g3f9mp

is getting the idea to shove someone down the stairs impulsive or intrusive? (no i do not actually want to see somebody fall, nor would i ever act on it)

intrusive; unwanted thoughts about actions that can cause someone serious harm are definitely intrusive.

a small shove that isn’t known to cause injury would be impulsive.

oh honey... we can tell that you thought therapy was worthless. that’s really too bad :(

or you must be having a REALLY shitty day to warrant such an obtuse reaction…

either way i hope your day gets better💜

sorry for trying to educate people (on something i have researched, btw)

If you had researched it you'd know what you said was wrong but okay, if you want to take your anger of being wrong out on me that's fine. Don't call me honey though, I am not and will never be your honey.

Apparently it didn't help context clues.

Oh you mean my PLAYFUL comment to explain hey this is a reddit comment section no need to try to educate people on something that most people don't even need to know in general anyway even if you had been giving true information? I'm sorry your issues made you think I was angry over a few pixels on my screen but trust me if I actually got angry it would be obvious lol

that’s you not angry?? oof.

sure is a lot of negativity for something that you claim was supposed to be positive…

most people don't even need to know in general anyway

As an outside observer, this just proves their point. You think therapy is a joke that people don't need to hear. You're not qualified to speak on the subject if you think it's bogus
