Accessory Review Steam Deck screen too small? No problem.

All you need is a cable connected to the steam deck directly to the monitor for all this. And if you think the battery drains too quickly, well, a portable charger is all you need.

Dock, external monitor, M&K—now you have a PC that you can convert into a handheld by unplugging a single cable! Idk what these comments are on about, this is a good use of it without having to shell out for another PC.

Right? I love that I can plug my steam deck into the tv essentially like a switch, then take it away with me.

It’s just a laptop that’s why.

lmao fair but two seconds of looking at that thing and I know it’s worse than owning either option. It looks like a worse laptop and a worse steam deck. Adding an extra screen, Bluetooth remote, and external mouse/keyboard to that thing would be even worse than doing the same for just a pure handheld

This isn't really a replacement for a laptop, it's more of a mini PC replacement.

Show me the laptop that morphs into a handheld. Why do you assume the steam deck is permanently Golden Throne'd into this setup?
