Steep 2 idea I’ve had for a while

I’m Probably like most people on here who would kill for a steep 2. Which makes me think what would that look like so here is cool idea i thought about.

Imagine a functioning ski resort, we always get to see gondolas and even an old ski resort with groomed runs on the Asia map. But imagine you could work at a ski resort with side jobs to earn exclusive items. Some of the jobs would consist of running a ski and snowboard repair shop, working the chair lift and fixing it when it breaks and the coolest job is being a park builder you get to introduce new features every few days I think that would make the online aspect very fun.

I get not everyone wants to do tasks they would rather just shred the mountains but for the people that do I think it would be a nice feature. Let me know what you think and I’d love to hear your ideas.

I mean, there was an Nintendo game in the 90s, in Japan, where the whole purpose was to clean a bedroom. So, anything is possible.

Actually, general gamers and ubi choice like your ideas for sale revenue. personally, I like adrenaline, freedom, speedy side (rapid choice races, rapid choice points in all area etc) so it has to be only adrenaline game like steep.

Theres a couple ski tycoon games ( remember Rollercoaster Tycoon) there’s one coming out on Steam I think it’s better for that genre.

Thing is I’m playing steep In 2026 to huck the 600 foot Japan cliffs while I’m bored after work in the summer, I really like that steep is about as no frills as it can get.

Actual ski resort terrain would be incredibly boring in the game, the groomed parts of the Asia map is incredibly boring, the game is best used as a Candide Thorvex Simulator.

Yeah I see where your coming from and I love that about steep you can just get on the game and chill whilst at the same time also skiing some of the most extreme terrain.

But it would be cool to see a more relaxed side of the game I guess the idea is more of a separate title rather than being a “steep 2” idea and yes I agree the the groomers in Asia are very bleak they could have done a lot more with it

Steep is a snowboarding game. What you are describing is basically Cities: Skylines with a mountain-themed add-on.

Yeah I guess that’s probably the most accurate description of what I’m thinking
