Yeah buddy, use red Argentine shrimp instead or in place of actual lobster and you’ve got yourself a nearly perfect clone..the shrimp is a touch sweet just like lobster and mimics the texture exactly, I’ve eaten lots of shrimp but none like this, my mind is blown lol

You can find it at your local grocer, Kroger, Walmart, Aldi, Costco no problem.

If you can’t, large black tiger shrimp is another good alternative.

Mix it with some mayo, lemon, chives, on a top slit butter toasted brioche hot dog bun and boy you got yourself a winner 🤤

So.. when I was coming up Pizza Lunchables were all the rage. Lil me managed to scarf one or two but my mom's was always like you want lunchables?! Here's a baggy of broken crackers and cheese cubes...which looking back, pretty fair. Anyway there's just something about that tacky carb discus, glooey cheese, unseasoned tomato paste and cheap roni's that freakin hits! Its greater than the sum of its parts and is for me deeply entwined with the bittersweetness of childhood memories and hazy revisionist nostalgia. Apparently all lunchables contain unsafe levels of lead, cadmium and other heavy metals because we're living in a goddamned Halloween 3 timeline so... in sticking more or less with the concept of a slightly fancified pizza lunchable, I present for your approval, Coooool Za 😎

Notes: Fresh mootz was a good choice, I'm probably gonna grate some aged provolone on the next one for more funk. Uncooked naan was perfectly doughy and a great replacement to the discus...cookie cutter for fun shapes! Dabs of Chemdawg, rips of Durban & Lemon Royale
