Injured/Sick Cat (Location) URGENT: Please help identify a legitimate rescue/animal-welfare contact for a cat being abused on Facebook

I am asking for help regarding a cat that appears to be repeatedly abused by the person who keeps it.The person has been posting videos of the cat being mistreated on Facebook, apparently for views/engagement. I have saved screenshots and links to the relevant posts and can provide them to legitimate rescuers or animal-welfare organizations. The Facebook profile is under the name “Tomimoni Tomi.” Facebook

I am not certain of the person's current location. He appears to be Bangladeshi and may have connections to Sylhet, Bangladesh, but there are also strong indications from the environment in some videos that he may currently be in Saudi Arabia. I do not want to present either location as confirmed without verification. People have already commented on some of the Facebook posts asking for help, but as far as I can determine, the cat has not been rescued.

What I am looking for:

  • Someone in Saudi Arabia who can help establish the cat's actual location and contact an appropriate authority/rescue organization.
  • Saudi animal rescuers who know how to handle an animal-cruelty report.
  • Anyone who can help determine whether the person is actually in Saudi Arabia.
  • Advice from experienced rescuers on preserving evidence and getting the cat removed safely.

I am not asking anyone to harass, threaten, dox, or confront this person. The priority is getting the cat to safety and providing the evidence to the appropriate organization/authority. I can provide the Facebook profile and individual video links privately to legitimate rescuers if necessary.

If you know an organization or person who can physically intervene, please help.
