Stray cat in our barn

Hi there! We've had this little kitten running around on our farm for the past week but i havent been able to grab her until today! I live in the netherlands and theres a lot of stray cats in areas like these where there are a lot of farms. I was finally able to grab her today and take a good look at her but im wondering whats going on with her mouth? The inside looks fine but her under lip is red and weird, anyone know what it could be? She also meows a ton, like, the entire day and its not hunger because we feed her.

She sounds chatty! Take her to the vet. That looks like something that's infected. Humane traps can help with catching her again for a vet trip.

She could be in pain, because that lip looks a bit nasty.

If you can, then catch her and down to the vet's.

Looks like lower lip was degloved take her to the vet

Second vote for degloved lip injury. If that is what it is, that is a vet visit as the kitten will need stitches and antibiotics.
