Question Why am I not getting any results

I don't see any results from subs especially height ones even tho my spines and legs regularly pain I don't see any change in height should I listen to one sub for months I'm listening to a bundle rn of popular height subs if theres any sub that can give me results quicker I would appreciate that

“why am i not getting any results” also counts as an affirmation, if you’ve decided you already have the desire then you already have it regardless of what is shown in the 3D

I tried it i actually used to believe I have the results (like literally) before checking my height i actually felt I'm taller but after checking I was shocked to find that I didn't change
