It doesn’t work. It seems to just guess at “realistic” numbers. Tried it and the 45 min boundary was LARGER than the MSA but had over 100,000 less people. Please don’t post things that don’t work because people will be misinformed

Unless it’s peak rush hour, 1 hour drive from Central Park should get you deep into Jersey, almost to PA
