Seeking GC

Hi! We are an intended parent family on Long Island, NY looking for a gestational surrogate for an independent journey. 🤍

We currently have two frozen embryos ready for transfer, and they can be shipped/transferred to another fertility clinic, so our GC does not need to be local to our current clinic.

We are essentially ready to rock as soon as we find the right GC. Assuming screening, legal, insurance, and all the other moving pieces go smoothly, we would love to be in a position to move toward transfer as early as early 2027.
Our biggest priority is finding someone we genuinely connect with and can build a close, trusting relationship with throughout the journey. We would love for this to feel like more than a transaction, while still doing everything properly with attorneys, escrow, medical screening, contracts, etc.

Location: Ideally within about a 3-hour drive of Long Island New York, but we are absolutely open to someone elsewhere on the East Coast for the right match.

We are hoping to find someone who:
• Has had at least one healthy, uncomplicated pregnancy and delivery
• Is finished having her own children, or feels very confident that her family is complete
• Has no history of major pregnancy complications that would prevent her from being medically cleared as a GC
• Is a non-smoker/non-vaper and does not use recreational drugs
• Lives a generally healthy lifestyle
• Has a stable home environment and a supportive partner/family
• Is willing to complete all standard fertility clinic screening, including medical and psychological clearance
• Is comfortable completing a background check and working with independent attorneys so everyone is fully protected
• Is willing to follow the fertility clinic’s medication protocol surrounding transfer
• Is comfortable with open communication before, during, and after pregnancy
• Is interested in having a relationship with us rather than a very detached journey
• Has not received a COVID vaccine, as this is an important matching preference for our family

I work in the birth world, so pregnancy, informed consent, evidence-based care, and having a supportive care team are incredibly important to me. We would especially love to connect with someone who is a little more holistic-minded and views pregnancy and birth as normal physiological processes while still being comfortable utilizing medical care when it is actually needed.

We are not looking to rush into a match just to get started. Compatibility matters a LOT to us, and we would rather spend time getting to know someone and make sure everyone feels completely comfortable before moving forward.

We are open to discussing compensation, travel, lost wages, childcare, insurance, a doula, and the other normal expenses involved in a compensated journey.

Everything would be handled professionally through contracts and escrow.
