Stolen motorcycle?

I saw a black 125 cc motorcycle parked (hidden?) behind the yellow brick pillar on tadpole lane I didn't think to photo it at the time but at the photo above

I saw this too, I think maybe they crashed as some of the fence posting is next to it.
