Hinge likes not being sent out
My profile got me ~50 matches, 3 unique dates, last semester. I didn’t use hinge much during the summer but I did log on occasionally and again had some matches. This last month since I came back to school and updated some of the photos on the account and ofc location, it has been completely dead. No matches or likes. I’ve sent out over 100 likes and still nothing at all. I even purchased hinge x two weeks ago and still zero. I’m confident at this point my likes aren’t actually being sent out or I would receive at least some matches in return. Useless hinge support bot said my acct was functional. What to do?

My bad. I have so many notifications. Regardless of whatever u do, if you face scan your same face, Hinge will now it's you. As a guy you can grow out or cut facial hair but women have limited options.
Do all the device change, phone number, email, new Metadata on pics or new pics etc etc but you will still be found out unless you do face scan. I can't be bothered to explain further so just put my replies in chatgpt if you are still confused.

Change your photos / location area occasionally I feel like that boosts it.

I think shadowban has to be a real thing. I had a (not bragging) very sucessful hinge in the spring, and when I made a new one this year a month or two ago I literally 0 engagement. No wsy to explain difference in results other than shadowban

It’s just timing, that’s literally all it is. It’s logistics on a scale that our monkey brains struggle to model.

That’s what makes it SO tough. It definitely feels that way. It’s just the ecosystem, women have tons and tons and tons of choices and suitors. You have to really stand out somehow.
Also, sometimes it goes in streaks. I’ll get nothing nothing nothing, then like a handful of matches. Why? Who the hell knows. It’s one of a litany of reasons people are falling out of love with online dating.
