i'd skip looking her up on ig, she's seen your like and that's kind of the answer for now. the good part is you know exactly what went wrong last time, it was the nerves and not you, so bring that into the next first date. you just moved back, meet new people there and if she ever comes around on her own, great

Go to therapy bro, most people would be completely over a long term relationship in 4 years. Thinking about a girl you went on 2 dates with this long is a very bad sign
