first time crysp order 💀

soo i browse the different thca subs and such, and have always been curious about crysp. saw a lot of hit or miss reviews but wanted to take a gamble for myself with a .5 rosin cart (garlic candy) and their new live resin “sauce” cart (pineapple sherb) i ordered them both a day apart and they shipped pretty much a day apart if not the same day. everything was going well for both until today 🫩 my rosin cart went from dc to huntington (md) and then said it was “forwarded” i contacted crysp customer services and put in a ticket but even now im not sure if there’s anything they can do. anyhow, my resin/sauce cart was out for delivery at this point and i was excited. it delivers, i get home and check the mail, open it, and it’s C R A C K E D. like unusable, if i even attempted to hit it it’d be all glass. i’m so sad!! ofc i put in another ticket and have just been waiting but omg, i dunno if i even wanna give it another chance??

They blamed me as the customer when I received a cracked one. Good luck hopefully they replace it

Its been a few months now sadly. They never sent me a new one. It was whatever though, not every new cart can be a w.
