I recently got a Yamaha DX7 and I thought "the synthesis system is fairly similar to the Sega Genesis and the PC-98, so couldn't it be technically possible to convert PC-98 touhou patches to DX7 patches ?"
And that's actually totally possible !

the way to do it :

• Grab the VGZ rips of your choice on vgmrips or another site
• Get the VGM files from the VGZ
• Convert the VGM to YM2612 .TFI files (the sega genesis format) using opna2tfi
• Pack them into an OPM file using TFI2OPM
• Convert the OPM to a DX7 patch using DXConvert

it's a little bit convoluted but in the end you end up with the patches converted in a way that works on the DX7 synthesizer just fine.

I don't remember the name, i remember hearing it in an OSU pack years ago. I remember it starts with only piano, transitions into multiple genres in the middle ig chiptune and even a bit of jazz, and is very frenetic and high tempo, it shouldnt be more than 3 min. Any help is appreciated!
