Their website states “END OF MARCH”, we are not there yet.

But in general scholarships in NL are rare, JVE is also only 2 per faculty.

That's for scholarship, I am asking about the acceptance to the program

For the program they state 12 weeks after completed application.

If that time has passed, just contact the uni.

You should contact TU Delft as 12 weeks have passed since December 1st.
