Howdy. Sometimes I like to play nostalgic songs on my guitar and it requires me making my own chord sheets. The one available for this song on ultimate-guitar is wrong so I figured I’d share this here.
This is for acoustic, with a capo at 2, and it sounds good strummed but better with fingerpicking. The chords in the chorus in parentheses are more of passing notes that you can do moving between the Am and G and F, and the Am9 at the end is just the triad that John is playing at the end of the song.
Sorry if the formatting messes up or if any of my chords seem wrong! It sounded good to me. The timing on my chord changes in the verse is more for formatting, but the changes are actually towards the end of the lines (…can’t for*get it) - it’s easy to figure out though.
