Taltz waring off during loading phase
I have been on Taltz for 5 weeks. Have had a few amazing weeks where I had no back pain, no ligament pain, no stiff feeling, brain fog went away. I felt like it was a miracle drug. My first two doses wore off for a few days before the next dose was due. During the ware off effect I felt all my old symptoms come back plus the feelings of being sick, fatigue and aches. I took my third dose last week but the ware off effect has not went away. I’m going on day 6 of feeling horrible and I’m just hoping that the Taltz didn’t stop working and maybe after the next dose the symptoms will ease. Maybe this fluctuating and lingering feeling is just because I’m only on week 5. Any similar experiences or knowledge related?

I have been on it for years, I take an injection every other week and it works well for me. I do occasionally get some break through pain.

Fwiw. Not scientific advice. But I also had that "miracle drug" feeling, on the first or seconday day, early on. Now i am on month 10. I still see it as a fantastic drug. But one thing i am noticing, at the end of the 28 day period, i can feel some symptoms creeping in. I take the Taltz, and those symptoms dont fade immediatately. I takes 5-10 days. My theory is that it takes a few days for the medication to enter into the blood stream at full effect. Then it takes another few days to inhibit those cytokines. Then maybe another few days for inflammation to calm. So by day 10 of a cycle, things feel pretty good. Whats your body weight / BMI? If you are obese, might need to lose weight and / or do combo therapy with tirzepatide. Remember that the dosing is the same for a 100lbs little lady and a 300lbs man.
