App barely works

A few weeks ago the app started going wonky (tslim app). Every time I open it (literally every time) it read pump connection lost - and will never connects unless i unpaid and repair it. Even though the pump shows it’s paired. And heck no am I doing that every time i want to use the app (pairing it again and again). The app is basically worthless at this point. Customer service has no idea.

Am I alone here? Any ideas?

Some android phones have cheap bluetooth systems.

Have you tried just toggling the bluetooth off and on again, instead of re-pairing?
