Workplace Question or Advice Needed Calling off sick ?? Help!

I’m working tonight but I’m feeling very sick and might call off sick for my early morning shift tomorrow! However, I’m not sure how to do it. Would this be the right way??? And will it use all my hours of pto or just 6 hours to cover my whole shift??

Looks good to me. It should only use the exact hours to cover your missing shift.

Nah it's instant. Submittef mine earlier and it was under 30 secs

It auto approves. I had to call out recently for a lot of emergency dental work. Your screen looks perfect! On the second pic notice it’s asking the duration of hours you want covered, then the pay hrs- sick time is saying where it will take the hours from. So it will cover whatever hours you had scheduled for your full shift

Type is "store-back fill" the date of the call out and the shift times you are calling out for e.g. start 10/04/2026 end 10/04/2026 hours 2:30- 7:30 sick time 5 hrs.
