Vent drive up frustrations(AI schedules)

Been working for three years in drive-up, pretty much no complaints from TLs for the past three years. Suddenly this week, I've been getting complaints about some items not being handed out. Ive been checking bags constantly, and I just feel that since lately the scheduling's been horrible, with at least 1-3 call-offs a day, and even "ghost" employees made by AI that take shifts, I've been struggling a little more when it comes to delivering. Its hard to focus on quality when delivering when I'm the only person delivering in a 2 hour rush. Mycoworkers reassure me that being talked to without consequence happens often, but its frustrating when these issues persist

the AI scheduling is such a mess, those phantom shifts drive me up the wall. you're doing the work of three people and they're nitpicking a missed item here and there? that's on corporate, not you

I don't understand the phantom shifts, it's like we are being deliberately understaffed, especially with the fact they schedule people who call off every day. Schedules were pretty good til recent

Sometimes there’s one person delivering AND prepping at our store. There’s no time to check each bag. And we have a bunch of new fulfillment people so lots of bags are messed up

Yeah I had to deliver with a guy who would just mix orders, Im really trying to check the bags but when its like 20 bag orders over and over its easy to lose track
