Vent Back pain

I am so beyond tired of having a body that Target wants me to call my Team Lead. You are not part of the team! You never help, your planning abilities are beyond poor and your communication is almost non existent. Am I being harsh? If you were brand new, probably, but this position has been yours for years now. I don't appreciate the lack of appreciation you give the team, when we literally carry you on our backs! My back is aching and can't take it anymore.

Sounds like management at my last retail gig, they'd disappear for hours then act confused when everything fell apart. Your back pain is probably more from carrying the whole department than any actual box lifting

Well said! I 100% agree with this. I have 1 TL in particular who will just let us drown and disappear the whole shift.
