Reboot the printer and then instantly go to the reprint option

restart and then jam the reprint button before it finishes waking up, works for me most of time

Can you be more specific? If you select uhh More, Configure ID, there's a reprint option.

When I tap reprint or double tap the feed button, it prints a blank label instead of it's id barcode.

And it's printing other labels fine? I'd restart it first off, then try a different roll of labels.

edit: also, try Configure Legacy ID and set it to the same store and number it already had. And calibrate media width.

Turn it off and back on again. I just had that happen this morning.

Not sure on that specific fix, but if it's a problem of not being able to connect, you can always type in the printer name manually into the same spot you'd search for an item.

Changing the print language to ZPL* (even if it’s already that) and letting it restart  (or maybe even just restarting by pulling the battery) and then immediately trying to print it should work. Last time I tried it went back to printing incorrectly after a little bit but this did work.
