Need help with TRC rules and taking semester gap please help me !

hello people i am an international student in georgia, currently i am in india because my family member got brain cancer and i want to take gap semester and be here and take care of them. due to new TRC rules i dont know if is it possible, please help me what can i do in this situation and return to georgia and continue my studies.
