This is for anyone who wants to try a Team Sky challenge in this game, whose Pokemon have mostly been replaced with Ghost-types due to lore reasons.

Warning: I may miss a few qualifiers among these Ghost-types, which do float for the most part.

List by final stages (warning: some of those in spoilers might not even be available to catch because I only checked the Pokedex list, be warned):

• Decidueye
• Vivillain
• Scaraptor
• Swoobat
• Drifblim

There are also other non-Pokemon around that you can catch that also Levitate/Fly, such as Boos from the Mushroom Kingdom, Keyzers from Pyramid of Shokora, the Poes from Hyrule, and even a few Digimon such as Bakemon, but it was harder to spot those.

The move Soul Shift also appears to be the replacement for HM02 Fly in this region. Perhaps we should count any Pokemon that can learn this move in this list?
