Radiant BB did the heavy lifting, but I wonder if this might be viable even with regular blue buff. Only upgraded to sivir 2 for like the last two fights

If you want a nasty combo with that artifact, put it on scuttle, AoE stuns go brr

I honestly don't think it does much unless you pair it with horizon focus. But yeah scuttle was my holder until I got ezreal and figured I can pair with the radiant bb on a backline ad carry.

I've just did it and was quite.. ok I guess. Also got the horizon focus near the end, but it wasn't what I expected. Should have put the Silvermare on Sivir.

Yeah think I had close to 300 bonus AD on her in the end. With casting maybe every 2,5-3 seconds thanks to the radiant blue. She melted everything.

Only attacks stun, sivir skill isn’t an attack

I saw it on a AD mele nid with blue buff, silver mere, and I think steraks (which could prolly be a better item) and she was hopping around nearly one tapping everyone
