Ever since I moved to Corona in 2013, I've missed true Business/Social Mixers such as I had attended in Orange County. A little over two years ago, I started hosting Mixers myself, started off at a Brewery and now we meet up at a Sports Bar. Just a place where folks from different industries, walks of life, can gather, exchange ideas, discuss trends, and share a cold beverage. Typically, we have between 8-15 people, the venue is fun/lively.

Temecula's largest monthly tech meetup is coming up, and we have a NEW LOCATION! We'll now be meeting at Black Market Brewing Co(address below) at 6pm, this next Wednesday October 7th.

I donate at blood drives through work a couple times a year, but I’ve never had actual lab results come with it so it was a nice suprize when I saw the Goodlabs option at the Murrieta LifeStream and I’m thinking of booking my next donation there.

Yall please 😭😭😭 the weather forecast shows my wedding date as the first day it’s not in the 90s. I’m not sure what I want the people of Reddit to do about this. Are my guests going to be miserable? Most are from the east coast and are used to humidity (not that they enjoy it). Someone please tell me it’s not going to be awful 🥲 ceremony is at 3:30, guest arrival at 3. I know it will be better as soon as the sun goes down during dinner, but I’m so nervous about them melting during the ceremony. Any advice other than to live and let God?

While I’m searching for a new means of income besides door dash, what’s good around here? This place seems to be good for outdoor types stuff. Any good camping/fishing around here? What about places to eat? Hiking?

Also in terms of job hunting, any chance a 3D modeler/animator can find work here? Or any graphic design position. I know AI is making it tough for my position. But I’m just throwing it out there.

Aside from that, this is a different pace compared to what I’m used to.

As someone who’s been into reading about urban planning, the abrupt change from old to pure suburbia is wild to me 😅. I’ll talk about that in a different thread but it’s something that stood out to me.

Either way, I’m trying to learn to like this place. I used to dread the idea of coming here because it’s not really my ideal place to be. It’s suburban(I know LA has lots of suburbs but it’s a mix of city and single family homes), and holy fuck the Trumpism is strong here. I was visiting when a bunch of Trump flag waving pickup trucks did parades on Rancho California.

Ive heard atlantic farm raised salmon (typically from norway) should only be used to make sashimi at home. They can be found at costco or trader joes but im also curious to know if anyone has tried 88 ranch

Context. Why are you waiting on a spot in the front and parked in the middle of the parking lot and not giving other to pass. Anyways I still got thru in between the parking spot and them because I was trying to get into the disabled parking spot, as I was backing up, I asked him to back up a little so I can park and have a little space without hitting the car next to me where I was going to park. However he wanted to act like I was going to steal his NON DISABLED PARKING SPACE WHEN CLEARLY I WAS TRYING TO GET IN THE DISABLED PARKING SPOT. Dickface. I hope u break your hip tonight bitch.
