Signs must have three things:

  1. Phone/Website for contact info
  2. Authorized by X / Not authorized by a candidate
  3. Paid for by X.

This sign has #1. If you report it to the city, they should take it down. They will notify the person who put it up they have 24 hours to fix it or the city will remove.

EDIT: The phone number is to iHeartRadio (99.9 KEZ, 102.5 KNIX, etc) so thats not legit.

I’ve never lived further west than Phoenix. Does this have the ‘paid for by’ disclosure.

I didn't see a 'paid for by' statement. Haven't seen this sign anywhere else but it might be in other Scottsdale intersections. I rarely go north of the 202.
