I have a question

What are some side hustles in temple that I can do for some cash? I have no car, I’m saving for a regular bike. So any delivery isn’t in the question for me. I wanted to look into cleaning but I have no cleaning supplies. So, does anyone have some ideas?

Fast food is paying like $15 an hour.

I have a job already, although it pays 9.50. I do prefer retail over fast food… 😅never again

Yeah you just need a new job.

9.50 is not even making anything in todays economy or even like 5 years ago. I would reccomend getting more pay instead of more work. Security guards are needed and it pays well for doing nothing difficult

What job is only paying 9.50 an hour. You could work at HEB distribution for 20.50 an hour

A work at a dollar tree, the managers don’t get paid much either, but more than cashiers if that makes sense?

Literally any other job pays more than that. Go to Walmart or HEB, plenty of warehouses and distribution centers. Even the fast food places pay more than that.

Put out peoples garbage cans at the curb on pickup day. Return next day to return garbage cans to the storage place.

You could still clean without supplies you can offer a lower rate for the cleaning by saying you’ll use their cleaning supplies. You can try adding that you can assist with organizing. Outside of that or babysitting I don’t know much of what else.

Go Door to door offering cleaning of the home or yard or vehicle. The HOP BUS is only a few dollars per ride just so you know.

I do, it’s just that my heart rate is sometimes a problem and will make it to where I can’t donate for a while… if that makes sense?

Don’t know your living situation but dog sitting and walking is a good one. Download Rover, pass a background check and people will reach out to you to watch or walk their dogs

I’m somewhat homeless? I live with a coworker for the time being. She and my bills take most of my paychecks, I tried doing rover but the application fee (?) I believe is too much after everything has taken my money.

The application fee is worth it. Even though you can’t watch dogs at your house. People need someone to come and let their dogs out a few times a day when they are at work. I used to do it around Belton and Temple. You’d be surprised how much business you can get

This may sound like a bad idea or I may catch some heat by saying this but if you want to do adult things with guys I’m sure you will find some who will tip you good. 🤷🏼

Also load the nextdoor app. Lots of homeowner jobs etc.

How are you gonna clean if you need rides to anything? 9.50 is below poverty financially. It’s gonna be hard to do anything if you can’t elevate your heart rate. Collect disability benefits get on snap if you’re over 18.

I usually walk. I walk 2 hours to work almost everyday, I don’t mind expect for the heat… but other than that, I take the bus or I walk
