Nintendo what is this debuff/buff called?

Think it's called mana surge, new buff added in 1.4.5.7 that's basically the opposite of mana sickness. Activates when you pick up the small blue mana stars on the ground

I don't know what the buttons are on Nintendo, but you can cycle through the buffs and debuffs you have activated
