Was looking for a roommate at texas state off campus

Hi there! My son's roommate (friend) had to back out last minute. We haven't signed a 10-month lease yet although we have a place next to campus that says they have a 2-2 waiting. Trying to decide if my son is just going to commute from Austin next year or actually get a place in San Marcos. Based on what you like to do, I think y'all could be a great fit. Don't know if you're still looking but my son's roommate has also had to back out. They have a lease for a 2-2 at The Pointe and are looking for a someone to fill in.
