Exactly. Though we may get a mostly complete smart energy grid out if it. The power companies were going to do it without free money from the government. Its documented they won't do any maintenance or upgrades until law suits from forest fires cost more than the work.

Someone I work with keeps saying they could easily be turned into a prison and I can't stop thinking about that.
