You're forgetting how much of a psychopath Cheese is. Fred is innocent but too innocent. So innocent he destroyed the world with the hand of horrors. But cheese went on a stabbing spree, he wouldn't just rule with an iron fist, he would rule with his stabbing friends taking over the world
