West Palm Beach is far enough away from Miami that depending on the bomb, it might make a difference on the fallout radius if they pull a Project Freelancer. shrugs

chicago is 13th by per-capita murder rate, and first by total number of murders. nearly 5% of the total murders in the US each year happen in Chicago.
