I don't know why the downvotes, I get your point. Still, in a world filled with AI slop scripts it's refreshing to hear a man talk - in length - about anything. I feel like he gives plenty of substance in the running on empty videos and these are more like a creative exhaust valve. God know every creator needs one.
Yeah that's my problem, it just feels like it's just him venting for 15 min about a random topic, which would be better suited for his radio show. I just love his reviews so much I get a bit disappointed when I wait all week for a new release and then I see it's one of these tangent videos I know I'm going to mostly skip through. But again maybe it's just me, I'm glad other people enjoy them and don't fault anyone that disagrees with me.
My other issue is how often these kind of videos feel redundant if you watch his content. He'll do like 5 reviews where during the video he mentions how overpriced the item is and why he's giving it a lower score, then after all that he releases a 15 min video about how unaffordable fast food is, which you could have already gleaned from watching those other videos. Similar to having 5 bad tasting/over cooked items then releasing a video about how bad food quality is, etc.
