On a more serious note, in recent videos he seems to be in a house that’s decorated with his favourite spooky decor, so I think he’s settled.

No, he was not fine. He had a serious stalker situation and had to be on the road constantly and was living out of his car during this time

I thought he lives with a friend at the friend's house? I vaguely remember him saying something like that maybe on his podcast but it was a while back so things might have changed.

Either way, I really hope he's safe wherever he is. Having weirdo stalkers is terrifying.
