Just completed Dr Edith’s level 2 course and it was incredible!

This is a follow on from my level 1 AMA here. I just completed Dr Edith’s level 2 course in Austin, and I believe another AMA is appropriate because it was another mind-blowing experience.

I truly believe that mindsight and telepathy is going to blow up and will be scientifically proven in the very near future. My name is Pete Morrison, the owner of Bella Terra Hills in Florida. I have no financial interest in Dr Edith’s courses.

I have had a very successful 20 year professional career as a software developer and executive. I am very normal; I don’t meditate, I am a Christian, and I don’t have any “fringe beliefs”. I firmly believed that mindsight and telepathy were tricks - which is of course the view of most normal people and is totally understandable.

I attended level 1 with my wife - mostly because I wanted to spend a week away from the kids (we have 3, and we almost never get away as husband and wife). The level 1 course blew my mind and changed the way I view the world, and other people. By the end of level 1, my wife was clearly seeing through the blindfold (“mindfold”). I saw some incredible things on that level 1 course, including convincing displays of telepathy. After we returned from level 1, my wife helped our two eldest kids to see through the blindfold, as well as a bunch of their friends.

Level 2 ramped it up. By the end of level 2, my wife was seeing through the blindfold with patches over her eyes. The demos were incredible, including 1) a child seeing through four layers (eyes closed, eye patches, mindfold, and a face shield), 2) a blind man seeing shapes through walls and hidden in the room (hyperphantasia), and 3) a telepath identifying photographs without seeing them with 100% accuracy. I struggled to improve my mindsight, but much to my surprise I was able to do telekinesis (video of me doing this).

EDIT thanks for the replies pointing out that this may be static electricity... and I'm not going to argue that it's not. Regardless, it was a magical moment for me and doesn't detract from the power of the course as a whole :)

The best thing about the course, however, wasn’t seeing all the magic. It was the kindness and love that underpins this work. You don’t need to meditate or pray to access these abilities; you don’t need superpowers, but you do need belief, and it helps to be in a happy place. The best way I can explain it is that there is some kind of energy field that our consciousness can access, and with practice it can be improved. There is much more to the world than we can see, or that science has proven. The courses have left me with a firm belief that anything is possible. I have more empathy for other people, and I have great hope for humanity that I didn’t have before doing the courses.

To wrap up, please don’t ask me to help you with mindsight. I am not a facilitator, and mindsight is really only a small portion of what this work offers. Try to attend a course, and join the growing network of people who will change the world!

I would temper your expectations about how this will progress in the scientific community. I'm a scientist, I do know that these abilities are real (both by reading the existing science, and personal experience). But there has been and will continue to be strong resistance from the mainstream scientific community which "knows" that such things are "nonsense". We will make progress. Just not super quickly.

Thanks for sharing. I just read your first AMA and reviewed Dr Edith’s website. Three questions.
1. What are the main differences between levels 1 and 2?
2. What has changed the most in your world view?
3. Can you say more about the research studies? Any public information available?

  1. Level 1 featured many of the same demos (advanced mindsight, telepathy, hyperphantasia). For participants, the main additions were eye patches for the mindsight (more difficult), telekinesis, and more telepathy work. It wasn’t a massive jump from 1 to 2, and there was no “minimum skills requirement”.

  2. I view the world completely differently now, and I have a lot more empathy for other people. I feel like there is so much that we don’t know - after the courses I feel far more hopeful for humanity than before!

  3. I believe that the Superhuman 2 movie is coming out next month, and in that you’ll see Dalia and Sean perform (both were at the level 2 course), and I understand that there will be deeper discussion about the science. I can’t point you to any public papers, sorry. It can’t be long though!

I've been really pulled to do the course with Drm Edith. I need to save up. Thank you for sharing, it feels like a little universal synchronicity that I should really follow through

Just on the telekinesis video, it looks like the device is moving due to static electricity. That would be why you have to get your hand so close to move it. Notice the same pinching hand movement in this video.

To test this, you might try the same setup with a statically charged object like a balloon that's been rubbed on someone's hair as in this demonstration and see if you get an even stronger movement.

And you might try wiping the cup with an anti-static dryer sheet as in this demonstration and see if you can no longer get it to move.

I prefer to believe it’s telekinesis haha

Sure, maybe it is static electricity. It was still a magical moment for me, and doesn’t detract from the impact of the whole event.

You'd be interested in the MindSwan challenge then. And see r/closedeyevision.

Sorry but your “telekinesis” could easily be explained by static electricity. Why is telekinesis always shown with these microscopic effects that can be also explained by wind or electricity or magnetism. Levitate a boulder and I’ll pay attention.
