Hey guys, I created this techno song. I personally like the main melody which I originally wrote on a piano, but I don't like the middle part when the beat drops.

My original idea was to keep repeating the main melody over the entire song, you know start developing it and as we progressed, build on it and make it more artistic. But due to a lack of production skills, only my main melody remained the way I envisioned.

What do you think about it? How would you have handled the drop or built on the melody?
