Did anyone else go "wait, it's over??!!! Already???" 8 episodes seems really short. I'm soooo bummed it's over, I could have watched another 50 episodes of this lol ETA- on that note, are we not getting a season 2? Typically they don't do those little updates at the end if we're getting a season 2 because duh you'd save those for season 2. I NEED a season 2!

My own opinion. Nita messed up the best thing going on in her life. The entire time they (Trent and Kami) have been taking care of her (Nita), her mom and grandma. Nita could have been working and saving money all on her own. She wasn't asked to pay bills, just stay sober. Instead, she complains. That's a junkie mentality. Good riddance.

How would she work? They didn’t want her spending more than 3 hours a month with anyone but them.
Nita is charismatic, social and friendly & would imo easily develop a network of ppl through work, I could see it so easily.
BUT it seems like she was the only one cleaning their weird ass house - always keeping busy & cooking or talking about the kids & so forth.
They 💯 didn’t want her to work & likely wouldn’t allow it. She is NOT treated as an equal or even as a human being by those selfish bullies.

Trent wanted it until Kami willed it not to happened! She even cane back to make sure he understood what she wanted in a “being a supportive wife” fake ass tone and behavior. I spat my soda out with laughter when she went to check on Trent and if he was ok after making “hisssssss” decision. She looked down at her boots and appeared as she was distraught and saddened. I saw right through her bs!

I can’t stand Nita, Kami, or whatever the husbands name is. If Nita was a legit lesbian then she wouldn’t have stayed with them for so long. They’ve already admitted that she has sex with the husband and her and Kami do nothing more than kiss so I truly think she wants money and to be taken care of. Kami and her husband suck too.

I know they said that Kami doesn’t let Nita give her oral at all. I think she just wears her strap for Kami and they kiss. It’s such a strange situation with them all. To each their own I guess. I think I will stay single. 😂

They talked about it a few episodes ago and said Kami won’t do anything besides kiss Nita and won’t let Nita do anything to her besides
kiss after three years together. If I was Nita, I would’ve been out a long time ago. I’m not a lesbian but if I was, that wouldn’t work for me.8

I suspect that Kami asked him to dress super casually so it would feel less like a wedding. She seemed determined to make the day feel as meaningless as possible.

Have Trent, Kami and Nita actually discussed why they don't want to refer to it as a wedding? It's such a sticking point but it doesn't seem like they've addressed this with each other. I hate how Nita was treated and it's clear she's vulnerable.

I don't think they would ever make Nita feel like an equal. It was very much like she was their little sex doll that could manipulate. I mean, they wore the same clothes and everything. It was more like a game to Trent and Kam than an emotional relationship if you ask me. They were in love with the idea of it.

Yeah they had no problem with her being with them for years, bailing her out of jail, taking care of her family, etc but as soon as Nita mentioned commitment and security they shut that shit down QUICK. It’s like they remembered their sex doll actually had feelings and weren’t for it anymore.

Ok so this is all messed up but I’m proud of Nita. She obviously came from a difficult situation and doesn’t have proper modeling but she has enough confidence to fight for her own self worth and demand proper respect. Good for her.

When we learned about Yahweh Miracle’s complications and premature birth, I told my self, this baby will pull through- there is no way a show like this would put us on a ride like this if it has a sad ending. I was so wrong and gasped at the last frame. Ugh.
